Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, damaged, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to correct your order as soon as possible.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once we receive your returned item(s). If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received or the cancellation request is processed. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Please note we are not responsible for return postage costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Used or damaged items, as well as custom/personalized pieces, are ineligible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and include your order number along with the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and provide you with detailed return instructions.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7–10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected], utilise the contact us form or online chat and we'll inform you of the best return address.
